Welcome to my kitchen.

My journey into gluten-free cooking began when I tried to eat “healthier” by adding whole wheat foods. Soon after, I experienced alarming heart symptoms and dangerously low magnesium and potassium levels, leading to repeated emergency visits. After many consultations, a specialist diagnosed me with celiac disease—triggered by gluten. Everything made sense. Removing gluten changed my health and my life. While store-bought gluten-free foods often disappointed me, I discovered a love for creating my own recipes—better tasting and more affordable. Now, I share my experience to help others navigate the challenges of gluten-free living with confidence and joy.
